Two bowls in fine fireclay ceramic, with the secondary positioned for rinsing and prep while the main bowl carries the daily workload — the Capella 1.5 Bowl Sink is a considered solution to the way a kitchen actually functions. The glazed white surface maintains the clean, composed look of the sink run regardless of what's in it, and the 1000mm x 500mm footprint gives the worktop enough presence on either side to feel balanced.

Fireclay is the premium end of ceramic — fired at temperatures that fuse glaze into body, producing a surface that's smooth and resistant to the kinds of staining and chipping that cheaper ceramic accumulates over time. The Capella's gloss finish reflects light softly, adding brightness to the worktop area without competing with it. It's the kind of detail that contributes to a kitchen feeling more spacious and resolved.

The reversible design is a practical consideration that matters in a refit: the drainer orientation can be set at installation to suit the direction of the room, rather than forcing the layout around the sink. Our 8mm quartz overlay worktops are templated to the existing surface, and the cutout for the Capella 1.5 Bowl integrates cleanly into the overlay — no raw edges, no awkward transitions. The white ceramic against a Calacatta Retro or Carrara Marble overlay is a combination with genuine design coherence.
